La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson

The staff was above and beyond helpful and kind. It's not a fancy hotel by any means, but if you need a cheaper place to stay for a night or two I highly recommend this hotel. They do allow pets so I was a little concerned about the cleanliness at first, but our room was wonderful with no sign of odor. That being said, the stairs are need of a good clean.

A decent stay for a great price. Overall cleanliness was good. I was worried at first. The lobby reeked of smoke and the hallways were musty and hot. Thankfully, the room had a pleasant smell and was cool. Would definitely stay there again for an over night day, but not necessarily any longer than that.

This was the best stay at a hotel on our trip yet! Farrah at the front desk was the sweetest and had such a great attitude. Helped us check in and helped us find a place to have dinner. The next morning the housekeeping ladies were all smiles and also in great moods. Super comfy bed and the room was incredibly clean. My only complaint would be I wish there was an ice machine on the first floor. It wasn't a big deal to take the elevator up one floor. I would definitely stay here again!

I've been here for about a month moved from Texas and the people are friendly all you have to do is take the time to get to know people. They have helped me out with a lot of things and places to go. They do accept pets there is a pet fee per pet per night it's not shown on the website to be advised. It's in a great location close to the major stores restaurants and major highway. The breakfast is small waffles cereal coffee with some great creamer finally. There isn't a laundry room and exercise room but there are a lot very close to area. The rooms do fill fast so always try to book in advance.

Front desk staff is awesome, breakfast is kept filled,food is great. We love staying here when we come to town. They are very helpful. Only complaint is the housekeeping is not that good at keeping towels in the room. We have had to request towels and face cloths each stay but front desk staff handles it with great attitude.

I’d like to rate this place a 4, I must say that the facility is extremely dated. With that being said, that is the obvious. Upon checking in front desk was okay. However, today when shantale was there she was extremely nice and helpful. Our dog experienced nerve damage during our stay, and can’t walk so we asked to move downstairs and she was quick to help us and make sure we were taken care of. I felt that was above and beyond helpful. The price here is reasonable and pets stay free. Also, cleaning staff are very hard working they do their best with what they have I’m sure with the place being so dated. We are thankful and this our second time staying here for a week at a time.

Very clean room. Very nice staff. All the ugly reviewers need to find something else to complain about. If you want newer carpet, stay home! Beds were very comfortable and Clean. Being an “older” building, the sound did not travel roomtoroom. I Never heard a door clanging outside ANY time. Great place to stay! And prices better than anywhere around.

Update: The owner did contact me, apologized, and we worked things out. The owner is very nice. Just having a hard time with staff because of Covid, as is everyone. Hopefully, the owner was able to find better employees by now. So, I used the review from 3 to 4 stars. Luckily the bed was clean, but the toilet was not at all. It had urine underneath the lid, on the rim, and on the toilet seat. I am too exhausted to contact front desk and complain, wait for disinfectant. Luckily, I had sanitizing wipes. The carpet is sticky......I just got here and got kids to sleep...so hopefully I won't find anything else.
